From Downtown Birmingham:

Go North on Interstate 59, past the Airport and the I20 split.

Take the First Ave. North Exit, it will swing under the interstate and take you North on 1st Ave. North. You will go through three traffic lights and past a Golf Course on you r left. As you round the curve of the Golf Course, you will see Tim Adams Hairstyling and a Car Wash on your Left. We are in between in a small white building set back off the road. Feel free to park anywhere near the building.

From North of Birmingham and from I459:

Go South on Interstate 59 from I459.

Take the First Ave North Exit. At the bottom of the ramp, bear to your right to go North on 1st. Ave. North. You will go through three traffic lights and past a Golf Course on your left.
